Why you need to tell us about changes in your circumstances.

Use this form if you will be an owner-occupier, or a tenant of Manchester City Council in your new home

(including council tenants managed by Northwards Housing, Grove Village or Renaissance)

Use this form if you will be a private tenant in your new home

Private tenants include:

• anyone whose landlord is not Manchester City Council
• lodgers
• housing association tenants
• tenants of City South Manchester, Parkway Green, Southway and Willow Park housing trusts; and
• tenants of Eastlands Homes Partnership Limited.
