Finding your way to our offices
Building Control has been relocated to Number One First Street.
By rail, walking time from Piccadilly and Victoria Stations is approximately 15 and 25 minutes respectively, and from Deansgate and Oxford Road stations approximately 5 minutes.
The nearest metrolink station is GMEX located at the rear of Manchester Central.
There is a direct rail link from Manchester International Airport to Piccadilly Railway Station.
Access to our new customer services reception is being phased in.
With effect from Tuesday, 1 June 2010
Services are available at the new ground floor Customer Service Centre at Number One First Street, open 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The Customer Service Centre will also feature self-service computers and telephones.
