What's On Offer?
The Big Life Company have been contracted to deliver the children's centre core offer services on behalf of the local authority.
Daycare is provided on the premises by Aisha Childcare offering a 12 place baby room for children 6mth-2yrs, a 16 place room for children 2yrs-3yrs and a pre-school room to accommodate 18 children from ages 3yrs-5yrs.
The centre employs a full time Sure Start teacher to work across all childcare settings within the Longsight Ward, these include:
- Aisha Childcare
- Slade Lane Children's Centre
- Slade Lane Neighbourhood Centre Playgroup
- Slade Lane Children's Centre Playgroup
Other services available include: Weekly childminding network; family support & parental outreach services; child and family health services; employment training; speech and language support; Jobcentre information and advice; community groups.
