Services are delivered from different settings within the Gorton North area:

• The Gorton North Sure Start Children's Centre, St James Site, is the 'hub' for Gorton North, offering a range of services to the local community
• Debdale Park Play Centre situated nearby, offers Stay and Play
• The Manchester College Whitworth Street Neighbourhood Nursery provides day-care for 36 children
