What's On Offer? 

The site on Upper Conran Street acts as the 'hub' of the children's centre whilst further services are delivered through the Carisbrook local authority satellite site along with MANCAT Neighbourhood Nursery.

Facilities are provided for 30 children and 16 places for the playgroup at Carisbrook whilst MANCAT Neighbourhood Nursery has provision for 32 children.

Although the building provides a focus for Sure Start services, the children's centre encompasses all services for under 5's in the local area.

The existing local authority childcare provision at Carisbrook is an integral part of the centre with line management through the Head of Centre as is Community Play in Harpurhey Park and the Childminder Drop In.

Other services available include: Childcare/education for working and studying parents; child health services; outreach family support services; education and training for parents; information and advice for parents; Jobcentre information and advice; community groups; sensory room facilities.
