What's On Offer?

The centre is very close to Wilmslow Road , one on the main arterial routes into the centre of the city. It is run by the local authority and provides 31 full time quality daycare places for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Hanifah, a private provider also provides an additional 26 full time daycare places for children over 2 years of age. The Sure Start teacher works in partnership with local childcare providers and schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

The centre also caters for families with babies 0-5 years providing a wide range of activities with support from the outreach team and volunteers. Although the building provides a focus for Sure Start services, the children's centre encompasses all services for under 5's in the local area.

The centre is very keen to promote:

• The important parents in children's lives men, fathers and grandparents.
• Parents views and ideas for the development of service provision
• Healthy lifestyle for children and families
• Keeping children safe
