Community Legal Advice Services

There are six Community Legal Advice Services (CLAS) across Manchester who can provide advice and support for:

  • Debt
  • Housing
  • Welfare Benefits
  • Employment
  • Community Care
  • Family crises
  • Immigration (low level)

Each Community Legal Advice Service, which is privided by the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) will provide all Manchester Residents with:

  • Extended Opening Times
  • A one-stop service
  • Telephone and email advice services
  • Modern premises
  • Outreach services across the city

Legal Aid Services are also provided to people with more complex cases.
