Social Care and Support Survey
We regularly undertake a survey of people who have used social care and support services in Manchester to find out what their feelings and outcomes of receiving those services has been.
This survey is very important to us as we use it to better understand the experiences of people who receive social care in Manchester. We collate the responses and submit the information to the Department of Health to build up a national picture of experience.
We also take what people have told us and, along with other research, will use this to inform the way care is delivered in the future.
The Survey for 2018 is currently underway, and we'll be publicising our findings in July after the results are in and they've been verified and shared with NHS England.
