Miles Platting Neighbourhood Private Finance Initiative (PFI)

Council homes in the Miles Platting neighbourhood (all of Miles Platting, plus parts of Ancoats and Collyhurst) are benefiting from massive improvements through an exciting investment scheme called a Private Finance Initiative (PFI).

The PFI combines the skills and expertise of a major building firm with an established housing association's experience of managing not-for-profit rented housing.

They have come together in a new organisation called the Renaissance Consortium . . .
