A new housing service
Adactus Housing Association, part of the Renaissance Consortium, manages the estate - collecting rent, ordering repairs, maintaining open spaces and so on.
They're building a brand new office to deliver a top-notch housing service. In the meantime they are based at the housing office on Varley Street.

Although Adactus manages the homes, the City Council keeps overall ownership of the housing and continues to set the rent. Tenants stay as council tenants and keep all the legal rights they have now.
