The improvements
Brunswick has lots going for it. It benefits from a strong sense of community and enjoys a great location on the doorstep of the vibrant city centre.
But the area needs major investment to bring the homes and environment up to decent modern standards. The regeneration will bring in massive investment to transform Brunswick, including:

improvements to more than 650 council homes - including new kitchens and modern bathrooms

nearly 500 new high-quality homes for sale and for rent with a good mix of property types and values

new sheltered housing for around 60 older people

a much better neighbourhood layout, with well-kept streets and safe open spaces

upgraded local shopping and community facilities, including a new neighbourhood office.
