Brunswick Private Finance Initiative (PFI)

Two partnerships have finalised the details of their regeneration plans for Brunswick.Each partnership brings together organisations with a wide range of skills and a wealth of experience in housing and development.

They are:

Fern Consortium - made up of:

• Harvest Housing Group, a not-for-profit housing association, that would manage Brunswick rented homes
• Gleeson, the building company, that would refurbish council homes and build new homes for sale and rent

• Contour Housing, a not-for-profit housing association that would manage Brunswick rented homes
• Mears, the building company that would refurbish council homes
• Galliford Try, homebuilders that would build new homes for sale and rent
