Burial Records

Tell me more about the records...

Am I able to return to a record I have previously purchased?

No, The burial records system does not use cookies to create a viewing history for individuals and as a consequence does not track which records have been purchased by individual users. To save a record and view again you will have to either save the deceased details page to your own computer as a web page.htm or print a copy of the page.

By clicking on a record you have already viewed you will be deducted another credit, likewise by back tabbing to a previously viewed record you will be deducted another credit as the page will refresh into the browser.

And can I view it again?...

Please note however, you should save the record as a web page to your computer or print a copy off.  The system will not remember records you have previously viewed.

'Favourites' simply saves the URL of the page you were looking at. The data is individually produced and displayed for each search and as such it cannot be saved as a page in favourites. To save a page as viewed you need to go to 'Save as'. Save the page as type 'web page, htm'. You can then, in future, open this page through the browser.

When I print a copy of the burial register image it does not fit to one page, what should I do?

For best printing results we recommend that you first of all save the image on to your PC, then reopen the image, which will allow you to format and print it to your own preferences.
