Manchester Learning Disability Partnership
Manchester Learning Disability Partnership (MLDP) is an Integrated Provider of Health and Social Care Services (set up under the Health Act 1999).
The Council's Directorate for Adults, Health and Wellbeing and Manchester NHS have a partnership agreement to work together to assist people with learning disabilities, sharing funds and staff.
To speak to someone about getting help or support, get in touch with the Adults and Children's Social Care Contact Service.
Manchester City Council also provides services for people with Sensory Impairments.
