Manchester Business Continuity Forum resources

The Manchester Business Continuity Forum (MBCF) have produced this series of guidance documents and templates based on good practice and experience.  They should serve well as introductory guides, especially if you are new to business continuity planning.

We recognise that one size does not fit all and the use of these templates should not replace your own thinking and planning considerations.  All templates should be adapted for use in your own organisation and should take into account your organisation's specific risk profile with appropriate continuity arrangements.  Please be aware that the MBCF does not recommend the development of a Business Continuity Plan before a Business Impact Analysis has been produced.
