Third Sector Policy and Grants

If your organisation has received funding from the Council, your grant offer or funding agreement will have explained the monitoring requirements.  Forms currently in use can be found below.  If you need a hard copy to be posted to you please email the following information to: voluntary.sector.grants@manchester.gov.uk

• The name of the form you need
• Your name
• The name of your group/organisation
• The address of the group/organisation or the address to send the form

Forms when completed can be emailed back to voluntary.sector.grants@manchester.gov.uk

If you do not have a digital signature for the management committee member signing on behalf of your group you must also send in a hard copy of the signature page by post to the Area Co-ordination and Third Sector Team.
