Discretionary Learner Support
If you are aged 19 or over and having trouble meeting the costs of participating in further education at your college, Discretionary Learner Support might be one source of help.
The Adult Learning Grant (ALG) has become part of Discretionary Learner Support. This support helps students in financial need with their learning costs.
You can now apply for Discretionary Learner Support instead of the Adult Learning Grant.
