What do I need to do?
Once your home care has been arranged, you can help everything run smoothly by:
- Telling the home care provider if you want to cancel or change the time of a visit
- Telling your Care Manager or Social Worker if your support need changes
- Allowing your home care provider to put electronic monitoring arrangements in place.
