Libraries Wi-Fi in libraries

The following libraries now offer Wi-Fi services where you can connect to the internet with laptops and other mobile devices (smartphones / tablet computers):

If you hold a library card, our wi-fi service offers a maximum of two hours free connectivity per day and a download and upload limit of 2GB per day. And, with the exception of Beswick library, our libraries also offer charging points for your laptop computer.

Central Library

There is no limit to the amount of time you can use our wi-fi service at Central Library, though the upload and download limit of 2GB still applies.

Wherever you use our library wi-fi service, you must adhere to our acceptable use policy.

We hope to provide this service in more libraries soon.
