Reporting a breach of planning control

Any report made to the Compliance officers are dealt with on a confidential basis.

All reports of breaches of planning control are taken seriously and we will try to keep you informed of how matters progress.

Reporting a breach

You can tell us about a breach of planning controls by emailing planning.enforcement@manchester.gov.uk, providing a full description of the problem, the address of the property concerned and your contact details. Alternatively, you can call us on 0161 234 4206.
