Core Strategy Consultation
Local Development Framework Consultation
The Local Development Documents which make up the Local Development Framework (LDF) will be subject to a process of continuous community involvement while they are being prepared.
The methods that will be used by the City Council to involve the public and other stakeholders in the preparation of the Local Development Framework, and to consult on planning applications, are set down in Manchester's Statement of Community Involvement, which was adopted on 31st January 2007.
To give us your views please go to Manchester City Council's LDF Consultation Site or contact The Planning Strategy Team at the address below.
Core Strategy
The Core Strategy will be the key Development Plan Document in the Local Development Framework. It will set out long term strategic policies for Manchester's future development and once adopted will form the framework that planning applications will be assessed against.
