Commercial waste disposal for businesses
Any waste businesses produce is classed as commercial waste. Businesses have legal obligations to fulfil regarding how they store and dispose of rubbish from premises which is called "Duty of Care".
Businesses should have their own arrangements for commercial waste and should not be disposing of rubbish in domestic bins, they should also keep their shop frontages clean.
