When is my bin collected?
Find out your waste and recycling collection days, you can look up your address from either your postcode or your street.
You can also download a calendar to print and keep.
On your bin collection calendar the dates are coloured either blue or brown so you know which bin, bag or box needs to go out on any given week.
Every two weeks we'll collect your grey rubbish bin, check the bin collection calendar for dates.
If your address is not listed please report this to us using bin collection days - address not found.
Please note - the only time your bin collection day may change is at Christmas at all other times including bank holidays your bin collection day remains the same. If you have missed your bin collection then please tell us using the problem with you bin collection form.
What can you do
Make sure your bin(s), bag or box is left out by 7am on collection day, at the edge of your property so it can be easily seen from the road, but without causing an obstruction.
If you put anything in your bin, bag or box that shouldn't go in, it may not be emptied, if this happens we will put a notice on the bin, bag or box to let you know about the problem.
Please don't put your items for recycling into plastic bags because we can't recycle these, just put all your recycling straight into your bin, bag or box.
