Active Aqua

Active Aqua is a physical activity instructor led programme designed to help improve the health and wellbeing of Manchester residents with a focus on the inactive. The programme is a great way to introduce beginners of all ages to swimming sessions or if it's been a while since you've swam, it's a great way to welcome you back to the pool and help you regain your confidence in the water.
