*Please note: if any person wanting to participate in one of our classes has any injuries, then the class instructor should be notified prior to any exercise being permitted.

Class Information

Spinning - Intensive indoor cycling experience to test the fitness of the elite, the class can also be adapted for beginner and weight loss programmes.

Boxercise - A fast and explosive class designed to increase fitness levels fast, learn boxing techniques in a controlled and exciting atmosphere.

Weight Buster - Weight busters allows you to exercise at your own level, burning calories and toning at the same time, weight busters will look after your diet and give you regular feedback on your body statistics.

Walking Club - This class is designed to get you out of the gym environment and exercising with a qualified fitness instructor outdoors, different locations are chosen weekly and a great two-hour walk takes place to keep you trim and physically fit.

Circuit Class - This class is a multi-station packed exercise routine designed to work the whole body and keep your heart in tip top condition.

Yoga - A class designed to increase your core stability and give you all over stength whilst improving your flexibility at the same time, a real all round relaxed class in a friendly environment.
