Age-friendly neighbourhoods

Southway Housing Trust 

Southway Housing (Old Moat, Withington) work with tenants, residents and other organisations to deliver excellent services to improve quality of life for people within their neighbourhoods.  They focus on older people, with 43% of households containing one person over the age of 65.

Age-Friendly Whalley Range and Chorlton

Age-Friendly Whalley Range and Chorlton work directly with older people to help shape the events and services they offer.

Levenshulme Inspire

Levenshulme Inspire is a community hub at the heart of Levenshulme which is open for everyone to meet, learn, work and have fun.  Age-Friendly Manchester advise on their work with older people.

Heathfield Hall

Heathfield Hall is an age-friendly centre based in Newton Heath.  It is run by volunteers in the community, running activities to help bring older people together.  Age-Friendly Manchester advise on their work with older people.

Whitemoss Community Centre
