Medical standards and report for drivers

When submitting an new application for a driver licence a medical report must be completed by your GP confirming you are fit to work as a licensed driver.

Once you become a driver a medical report must be submitted with your renewal application in the year you reach 50, 55, 60 and 65 years old.

Annual medical reports are required for drivers with a known medical condition and for all drivers once they reach the age of 65.
