Manchester City Council’s e-tendering Portal
Manchester City Council know how as a successful business organisation you often don't have time to search for new opportunities that will help you to develop and grow your business.
That is why the City Council has introducing an e-business portal (known as The Chest), which will enable existing and potential suppliers to view all forthcoming contract opportunities for Manchester and other Councils in the North West from one place.
Businesses and other organisations interested in supplying goods and services can register to receive e-mail alerts for all relevant contract opportunities on the day they are advertised.
Suppliers can register online via the supplier's area to receive notification of all contract opportunities relevant to your particular business interests from as few or as many authorities in the North West as you have expressed an interest in supplying.
The electronic procurement portal will allow suppliers to requests details of contract opportunities at your convenience.
Should your organisation be invited to take part in the tendering process you will be able to download the documents from the portal and when you have completed your submission you will be able to upload your completed documents back to the portal.
You can amend your submission as many times as you think necessary up until the date and time that the opportunity closes.
The portal is a secure site and you will receive an e-mail notification that your submission has been received and please note there is no charge for using this service.
