Contract with Care Homes in Manchester

New contracts with care homes

Manchester City Council has now completed the new contract for care homes exercise within the City Of Manchester.

This new contract reflects changes in legislation, the personalisation agenda, and it follows a period of consultation with care home owners and managers. As part of this process, care homes submitted feedback which was incorporated into the new contracts.

All care home providers have now signed their contracts following the consultation period.

These five documents make up the contract:

During the three-month consultation period any queries we received and the responses to them were published here under Frequently Asked Questions.

Draft documents we made available during the consultation

We previously made other documents available to allow people to comment. This allowed us to come up with the five documents listed above.

If you want to see the original documents we consulted on, get in touch with the Contracts Unit using the contact details on this page.
