Get your council tax sorted
Properties solely occupied by full-time students are exempt from council tax, but you must claim this exemption!
You need to email: ctax.enquiries@manchester.gov.uk and state:
- Your full term-time address and postcode
- You r tenancy start/end dates
- Your landlord's name and address
- The names of all student tenants living at the address
- Their student registration number at the university.
