User Experience Survey Results
This survey was targeted at customers aged 18 and over who received community equipment or a minor adaptation funded wholly or in part by Manchester City Council during the period 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009. The survey aimed to learn more about whether or not the community equipment and minor adaptations is helping them to live safely and independently in their own home.
During February 2010, 1452 questionnaires were sent out to people in Manchester .
We made sure that people who had specific needs, for instance for a large print copy, were given an opportunity to participate. Some of the questionnaires were filled in via telephone interviews.
In total 501 questionnaires were completed.
