"It is with great pleasure that I thank you and your team for the help you gave my father Mr J. Beswick while I was away on holiday. I was assured that my father would be all right while I was away on holiday, and he certainly was. My father was completely at ease with the visits made and this can only benefit him in the future." Mr P. Beswick.
"I just felt I had to write to you and say how much I appreciated your help regarding my neighbour. You were so nice to speak to on the phone as well as being kind and efficient, and you were a lady I felt gets things done" Mrs Woolham.
"I would just like to say a big thank you for the service I have received since the system was installed for me. It has been my life line on several occasions when I have had heart attacks and a haemorrhage. I would like to pass on my thanks to the staff who have operated the system over the years" Mrs Williams, Sharston.
"Personally, I find the alarms a very useful tool in helping victims feel safe in their own homes and also to ensure they receive the help they require. I thank you for the assistance that you have and are giving the Domestic Violence unit." Pc Ruth Hoyle - Domestic Violence Investigator
