Tips & pointers on owning a dog

Looking after your dog takes commitment and time, you will need to:

• register your dog with a local vet; 
• your dog will need regular and up-to-date vaccinations and boosters, speak to your vet about this;
• make sure your dog is regularly groomed, and bathed when needed, start this as soon as you get your dog to establish a regular routine;
• treat your dog regularly with flea treatments, these can be obtained from your local vet or supermarket; and
• consider having your dog neutered or spayed, please talk to your vet about this.
