Library Services for Visually Impaired People
Visually Impaired People's Unit
The Visually Impaired People's Unit is now open in the temporary City Library in Elliot House, Deansgate. We are in an easily accessible ground floor room. We are open Monday 1.30-5.00, Wednesday 9.00-12.30 and 1.30-5.00, Thursday and Friday 1.30-5.00 and Saturday 9.00-12.30. The unit is closed on Tuesday. Please ring 0161 234 1989 if you need any information or advice, or if you need any help in finding our new location.
The Visually Impaired People's Unit also operates from North City Library on Tuesday 1.00-4.00.
