The Local Studies Broadsides collection, and the printed set of Council and committee minutes, are available at Greater Manchester County Record Office (by appointment).

Some of our local studies collections are stored off-site, with no access until Central Library reopens in 2013; these include the Miscellaneous Collection, non-digitised images and maps or newspapers not specifically covering the City of Manchester area (for example, newspapers published for the Ashton, Oldham and Salford areas).

The Local Images Collection is unaffected.
