Local Studies and Microfilm Unit Access Arrangements
No advance bookings necessary. First time visitors to the Microfilm Unit (for items marked MFPR, MF, of Fiche) should always go first to the Local Studies section.
Items with codes MFE, 282, 929 or 942 must be ordered from the Local Studies desk, and will take approximately 15 minutes to be delivered from the basement. Opening hours Monday to Thursday, 9am to 8pm; Friday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

This is an index to over 13 million burials taken mainly from church registers. It is also now available on the Find My Past subscription web site.
