How to make an appointment to see us
To see an advisor about benefits or Council Tax at our Customer Service Centre in the city centre
Phone us for an appointment to see an advisor at our Customer Service Centre at Number One, First Street (junction of Whitworth Street West and Albion Street) in the city centre. The Customer Service Centre is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. You must make an appointment.
Phone 0161 234 5003 between 8.45 am and 5 pm or fill in an online form to make an appointment to see an advisor.
You can hand in filled-in claim forms and get your evidence checked at the Customer Service Centre between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday; you do not need an appointment for this service. You can also call in here to make an appointment to see an advisor.
