Manchester City Council has established regeneration initiatives in various parts of the city, working in partnership with local businesses, to boost the quality of life and local economy, support business and create jobs.

Initiatives include facilities for leisure, health and shopping, improving the environment, building new homes and repairing existing ones, tackling crime and providing training opportunities and facilities for children and young people.
