The 750 place Loreto High School in Chorlton has benefitted from a £12million remodel and new build extension. As part of the scheme the existing 3 storey teaching block has been completely remodelled with the building being stripped back to only the concrete frame. The exterior has been completely transformed with new over cladding enhancing the appearance and thermal performance of the building. The interior walls have all been removed and rebuilt to allow new teaching spaces to be created.
The final phase of the project was completed in September by Bramall Construction, and incorporates a new library, climbing walls, exercise trails, outdoor dining areas and a new entrance adding the finishing touches to the project.
