Mediation: our service, our standards
Who are we?
We are part of Manchester City Council, working in partnership with: New Charter Housing Trust Group; Northwards Housing; Southway Housing; City South Manchester Housing Trust; Parkway Green Housing Trust; Six Town Housing Bury; Harvest Housing; City West Housing Trust; Adactus Housing; Contour Homes; Eastland Homes; East Cheshire Council; other local housing associations and housing trusts.
We are a not-for-profit service, set up in 1995 to provide a community mediation service to Manchester residents. Since then we have expanded to offer services, and receive income from, a number of partner agencies through locally negotiated 'service level agreements'.
