Standards for not-for-profit landlords

If you refer a case to us, we will:

  • contact you within two days
  • contact the disputing parties within four days
  • allocate the case to a mediator within 14 days
  • reach a 90% success rate for agreements reached at round-table meetings

From April 2009 to March 2010 our achievement rates were:

  • referring officer contacted within two days: 100%
  • disputing tenants contacted within four days: 82%
  • case allocated to a mediator within 14 days [17 days]: 74% [80%]
  • success rate for agreements reached at round-table meetings: 91%
