Social services Supported lodgings

Supported Lodgings is where you live, renting a room in another person’s home. You would have your own bedroom you can make your own. You would also have access to a kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge in the home.

The people who provide rooms come from many different backgrounds, so we'll help you find someone who is right for you. If you decide someone you meet isn’t right for you, we can suggest someone else. Even if you move in and things don't work out for whatever reason, we can try and find someone else more suitable.

Supported lodgings can be a good stepping stone towards getting a place on your own and the person you live with is there to give you any help you might want to prepare for living on your own.
