Flyposting
What is flyposting?
Flyposting is the unauthorised placing of literature and posters in public spaces, it is illegal and we will take legal action against anyone caught.
Those convicted of flyposting can be fined up to £2,500 per poster.
Flyposting will be removed within 5 working days.
What can you do
Report flyposting to us, you will need the following information:
- where is the flyposting i.e. residential, business, or land etc.;
- address if known; and
- what is on the poster.
What can we do
We will remove any flyposting and take photographs of the posters as evidence to use to prosecute people who commit these offences.
