Spoil your loved one with an intimate Valentine's Day meal made from fresh, local ingredients from the Real Food Market traders. You'll find fresh meat, breads and naughty puddings and you can even pick up fair trade coffee at the Fairly Traded Market next door to add the finishing touch.

Featuring stalls from independent traders and craftspeople, the market will be saviour for lovers who don't know what to buy their special someone. You'll find lots of original, non-corny gifts, art and jewellery and there will also be individual Valentine's cards and freshly-cut bouquets at the nearby Flower Market.

The market is now fully booked for trading - there's so much happening you really won't want to miss out!

• Melanie Angold offers a range of silver and gold-plated jewellery, as well as a selection of sparkling Swarovski crystals.
• Snugglebottles have something a bit different for the one you like to snuggle up to, with their fantastic herbal heatpacks.
• The Anjelic Jewellery stall sells truly divine silver and crystal, but also a range of hand-crafted mosaic art and mirrors.
• Have a look at what's on offer from Shabby But Chic - their funky handmade household goods, window-frame mirrors and tableware are sure to add some pazzazz to your home.
• Dianne Lawson sells a great choice of delightful designer tee-shirts and other mens and womenswear.
• Pure Indulgence is always a popular Valentine's choice with their gorgeous soaps, aromatherapy products and bath-time treats.
• Miss Jo Bangles will jazz up your mojo with some fabulous jewellery - nice!
• Little Barb is another great stall for browsing is with its handmade porcelain and fascinating jewellery made from fabric, wood, buttons and other vintage titbits.
• Catriona Photography specialises in wildlife photography, either in a standard mount and frame, or choose one of her images on your choice of key-ring, tea-towel, coaster, cards or even bags.
• The Flat Basket Company sell a range of lovely wooden baskets which fold flat for storage - really handy and really cute!
• At Helen Odor's stall you'll find a wonderful collection of glass beads, sterling silver and freshwater pearl jewellery.
