Labelling of food
Food labels
Food labels are there to provide information on what we are eating - this gives us, as the consumers, more of a choice. There are regulations that prevent manufacturers using misleading food labels.
We do not provide specific information on general labelling of food to manufacturers, importers or retailers. General information is available from the Food Standards Agency.
