Building Cleaning and Caretaking Support (BCCS) forms part of Trading Services, a department within the Neighbourhood Services Directorate.  It provides a broad range of building cleaning and caretaking support services both within the Council and in the commercial sector, with contracts to clean, secure and maintain office sites, sheltered housing, libraries and nursing homes.
