What is it?

The Employer Suite is a free, fully serviced and convenient facility for local employers.  It aims to provide employers with a comfortable and centrally located venue in which to recruit and train a workforce appropriate to the needs of each business. 

Who are we?

Manchester City Council and Jobcentre Plus are working together to provide a free recruitment service for our city's businesses.  Both organisations have considerable experience in supporting local businesses with their recruitment needs and through the Employer Suite can offer their joint expertise.

What can we do for you?

The services offered through the Employer Suite are designed to provide you with:

• A fully serviced, professional environment in which to meet potential applicants
• Assistance in engaging with a pool of candidates that meet the recruitment needs of the employer
• Provide a range of support services that includes promoting vacancies to a wide audience, co-ordinating bespoke open days and facilitating the interview process
• Give employers access to interview 'pods' and a large open plan area suitable for open days and group sessions.

Employer Suite Statistics

Fifty employers have used the Employer Suite since it opened in February 2011.

More than 2,120 Manchester residents have been interviewed at the Employer Suite.

Over 450 Manchester residents have moved into employment through the Employer Suite.
