What if there is a mistake or money is missing?
To start with, one of our managers will look into any loss or problem with your financial record. If the problem is just a mistake in the calculations, they will correct it; but if that is not the reason, the manager will report the matter to the Finance Section in the Directorate for Adults, Health and Wellbeing for further investigation.
If you are not satisfied with the way we deal with these investigations, you can make an official complaint to us by getting in touch with our Customer Care Manager.
