Anti social behaviour
Anti social behaviour - together we'll stop it
We work together with local communities, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) and social housing providers to resolve anti social behaviour by using prevention, enforcement and support measures.
We have delegated authority under the Environmental Protection Act, to reduce unacceptable noise levels in residential properties.
If anti social behaviour puts you, your family or your property in immediate danger, you should report it to the police on 999.
For many people, excessive noise is a source of irritation and stress that can interfere with an individual's right of peace and quiet at home and cause sleep disturbance.
If you are having problems with noise from a neighbouring home such as loud music, alarming ringing or barking dog you should contact us.
