Case review and practitioner advice to identify the strengths and weaknesses of an individual case and the merits or appropriateness of legal action or any suggested course of action for the clients consideration;

Preparation of CPR compliant statements as instructed to be referred to a Solicitor of your choice;

Telephone guidance during court hearings

Preparation of urgent without notice legal action within 24 hours of receipt of all the relevant evidence

Witness support including out of office hours on behalf of the client

Completion of customer satisfaction surveys out of office hours

Court preparation, support and advice with client professional witnesses and lay witnesses
- Guidance regarding negotiations before and at court between your solicitor of choice and the defence
- Statement taking on your behalf to assist your investigations
- Assistance in regards to investigations.
You can refer your case files to us for a fixed price of £70.
We can review your case files, no matter how big or small, and provide you with a detailed plan of action. Or, we can provide a second opinion and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your plans. This is a fast service for a fixed price of £70. We are also happy to deliver the action plans and prepare the case for court.
Noise monitoring equipment hire
You can hire MATRON noise monitoring equipment from us, for a two week period, for £250. We will install and remove the equipment free of charge and provide you with a DVD of the noise activations and a report showing the decibels of noise.
